Late Shri Rzd. Jagdish Chander Bali built Bali And Company Logistics through presence, checking documents by hand, showing up at any hour, and standing by shipments that could not wait.

His career began in 1966 at Empire Stores, New Delhi, handling bonded warehouses and customs clearance. He later worked with Arron & Company, managing customs operations for international brands, where he learned the importance of judgment, clarity, and integrity in complex trade environments.

In 1970, he founded Bali And Company and secured one of India’s earliest Customs House Agent licences.
